Walk the Andador Real de Guadalupe, the Plaza 31 de Marzo, and the cathedral. Coffee at Museo del Café.
Ten kilometers up. The Templo de San Juan Bautista — a Catholic-facade church that inside is entirely Tzotzil ritual. Photos strictly forbidden inside.
